MAYDAY MAYDAY: WOMAN DOWN!
The kind of exhaustion so many women are feeling?
Yeah, that’s not the same as feeling tired.
That’s what UNFULFILLED feels like.
That’s what WOMAN DOWN feels like.
It’s mind-numbing.
It’s scary.
It’s heart-breaking.
It’s disappointing.
It’s boring.
It’s exhausting.
The worst part is that we’ve settled into believing that “that’s just the way it is.”
NO. NO. NOT. EVEN. CLOSE.
My dear friend, do not fall for the lie that we cannot find our way to fulfillment because it seems like “this is all there is.”
Do not take your exhaustion at face value.
Your exhaustion is not about being tired, it’s about feeling unfulfilled for so long you sometimes lose the will to fight for your life.
And to that, I remind you, that becoming a Woman UP is an option that is always available to you.
I do NOT mean that to sound like: “C’mon, woman up, get off your assterisk, you-can-do-it-if-you-would-only-try.”
I don’t mean that at all.
There is no “try” in Woman UP.
Woman UP is not something you do. It’s who you become.
Are you the kind of woman who settles for down or are you the kind of woman who will stop at nothing to get back UP?
I won’t lie; it takes bloody stinkin’ sweat and teary-eyed snot.
But that’s how you know you’re questioning everything you’ve been taught to believe about yourself – especially the beliefs that keep you down.
Woman UP is a rallying cry to live like you’re living.
This isn’t rocket science, it’s so much harder than that!
But if you’re looking for a purpose, I just handed you one.
What other purpose could possibly be more important than to figure out how to live like you’re living?
It’s the universal purpose that ties us all together.
As each of us figures out how to live like we’re living, woman by woman, we heal the world.
Woman UP. Live like you’re living.
