Refund Policy
The following Refund Policy (hereinafter, “Policy”) applies to all products and services offered through the following websites and training portals owned by Lin M. Eleoff, LLC (hereinafter, “Company): LINELEOFF.COM, AFGOPUBLISHING.COM (including Mighty Tiny Book Academy and related courses and programs), COVERYOURASSETSONLINE.COM.
All payments are non-refundable.
Here’s why: First of all, digital products are non-returnable. Unlike a book or even an expensive handbag, you cannot return a digitally-delivered product or program. For this reason, they are non-refundable.
Coaching and other done-for-you services are also non-refundable. We spend a great deal of time with you before deciding whether you are a qualified candidate for our programs. We admit those who tell us they are willing to commit to the 90-day program. We take you at your word just as you expect us to make good on our promise to serve you, especially when it comes to our done-for-you and done-with-you programs.
After your purchase, we reserve a seat for you for up to 90 days; this means we block off time for one-on-one coaching with Lin, one-on-one coaching with our book coaches, time with an editor and interior book design, cover design, and publishing. We run our business like clock-work. Not only do we take the time to make sure you qualify as a client, customer, and/or student, we also make sure you have all the information you need before making a decision to buy from us.
For the reasons stated above, we do not offer refunds. Once you take it off “the lot,” it’s yours. However… we will take care of you with everything we’ve got. Our digital products were created to give you the very best learning experience possible. Our coaching programs are designed to work with you and for you.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to support you in the manner in which we promised.
